I am extremely disappointed with True Comfort HVAC. Despite maintaining my AC unit diligently and having receipts to prove it, the technician inaccurately reported that the faulty circuit board and motor were due to lack of maintenance without even consulting me. This false report led to my claim being denied by my home warranty provider. I could have provided paid invoices for regular maintenance but I was no asked for them and the misleading report from True Comfort HVAC caused unnecessary hardship. My family had to endure the cold for days, forcing us to purchase heaters. I found their practices questionable and untrustworthy, and I will not be using their services again. Of note, the manager Sandra offered no further resolution or explanation.

I called Tamera of Choice Warranty. She sent out True Comfort because my thermostat was acting up, but I had heat. Mike replaced it, then we had a very cold night because he installed it wrong! There scheduling was also horrible! Also the woman that answered the phone was rude.
Never use them.

True Comfort’s tech Tony was condescending and didn’t do much. He arrived unprepared and had to be told what we wanted him to check on our wall furnace. He was short with us and didn’t want to answer any of our questions regarding the furnace.

We’ve dealt with a lot of technicians - I have personally as I used to train them for a living for four years and he’s been one of the worst. We’ll be leaving a review on Yelp as well.

Do not bother calling them. You can see from their reviews that this is a huge red flag. They were referred by my Home Warranty company and the lady on the phone has a complete attitude. You don't say things like, "Again..." with an attitude when answering a question.

The repair man showed up on time during the scheduled appointment visit. He left saying everything was fixed and I got back to a house that is 90° inside. Now I am unable to get them on the phone through the phone number that’s on their Google page and the number through their website. There is no email address and their hours say 24 hours open. They are view of one star for a reason. Don’t let your home warranty company, force you into using these fools

This company was sent out by my home warranty, they stole my new Hvac parts and didn't send me any reports and I have now parts missing from my AC on my two building. Do not use this company.

Had a schedule appointment between 3pm an 8pm for my AC to be worked on no call no show I had it scheduled 1 week advance a simple phone call would of been nice mind you this was all thru my home warranty (choice home warranty) after calling true comfort they said we will have to reschedule you an would get back to me on the date an time all bad ?
