1000% recommend TSP. Nicco is super helpful and supportive; he and the coaches are great with kids. My 11 yo really loves going there each week; I think he would go there every day if we had time. I'm grateful for TSP: by going there he is gaining foundational strength (necessary both for athletic success and to prevent injuries) as well as as the training knowledge and confidence he will need to succeed in any athletic endeavors.

I spent a week in Tucson and needed to find a place to do my workouts while there. Luckily I found TSP and Nicco really helped me out! I’ve had the privilege of utilizing some of the best facilities in the country due to my career in athletics and this gym is no step down from most of them. They have all the equipment an aspiring athlete would want and friendly staff/coaches who expertly guided their regular clients while I was there. If you’re in the Tucson area looking for a good gym to workout, you couldn’t do much better than TSP.

Tucson sports performance has been a great experience for my son. He is 9 years old and he wants to join sports soon. So his dad and I decided to find a place for him to do something either exercise or train and with TSP we gained both our 9 year old loves attending we never have to force him to go he wants to go and Nicco and all the fellow trainers make training fun and the kids Gain skills. We will continue to attend as long as our son wants too participate.

My son has been participating in the sports training and he absolutely loves it! They have not only helped him with his skill level but he has become more confident and disciplined in all areas of his life. He has expressed that he feels safe and comfortable with all the staff. It is a great and safe environment for kids to build strength and confidence It is a bit on the pricey side so, I would recommend it if you believe your child would be committed to it! For me, what my son has gained far out ways the cost!

Nicco and his team at Tucson Sports Performance are absolutely the best. My son has been going there for the last year or so, and I have seen so much improvement in that time. They are dedicated to make sure your athlete becomes a top tier athlete and do an amazing job pushing them every session to get there. They are flexible with scheduling, always super motivational, professional and really know their stuff! Highly recommend for any athlete looking to take their game to the next level!!

Nicco and his team are amazing. I’ve noticed significant improvement in both of my sons athletic abilities since we started just a short time ago. My two middle school aged boys really enjoy going to their sessions and have received excellent instruction from Nicco and his team about fitness, nutrition and a whole host of other things. The facility is well equipped and the atmosphere is highly motivating.

Nico and all the trainers at TSP are great! They do a great job of implementing workout programs designed for young athletes. The ensure that not only is the workout challenging but they also pay close attention to form so as to avoid injury. My son loves the ability to go into the gym to work his program knowing he can ask questions or be corrected so he gets the most out of his workout. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place for their young athlete to learn proper techniques while improving their over health and athleticism.

I put my 11 year old son in the 8 week course to work on his strength, agility and speed. His football team is becoming more competitive as he gets older and I wanted to make he could keep up with his team. We just finished his program and he has transitioned into football season. With the first week coming to and end I can confidently say his footwork is more sharp, he’s in the middle of the pack instead of the back when running, and he’s killing it in his lineman drills. Aside from improving athletically during his time at Tucson Sports Performance, he always had fun during his sessions and really enjoyed his coaches. We will be going back for a winter session to keep him progressing in the off season.
