My friends and I have gone multiple times. We love it. The staff are very friendly and will answer any question you have. They make you feel safe and comfortable. After each escape room, you can ask them about the new one they are working on and how the other one’s game play works. The rooms are super cool and very fun.

Had a great time in the Captive room! It's the Saw movie theme and had some cool easter eggs. The host was a really great guy. He gave us detailed instructions in the beginning with a fun little backstory. You can ask for as many hints anytime. He mentioned a couple of other escape rooms that I definitely want to try including ones with secret passages/rooms, and in some of them, they split up the group. 10/10 would do again!

Escaped! We had such a great experience. I love this location and the staff is always amazing. Enough challenge for people who love escape rooms but also good for beginners

Honestly had a blast here, brought the family and they had never done an escape room before. We all had a lot of laughs and worked as a team and finished the room as a squad :). 5 stars <3

We went here for my daughters birthday party. We all had a great time. Some bad reviews almost scared us off but I spoke to people who went there. I am glad I did, it was a lot of fun.

I’m starting to believe the 5 star reviews for this place are fake… and written by the staff here or through there friends. Because it was nothing but a dreadful experience. The entire Escape room was super small and nowhere else to go, like through doors or other rooms etc. The escape room we chose which was “Captive” was very boring and ONLY revolved around locks ? the entire time and no other puzzles and better clues. Also the walkie talkie to talk to the employees with at the escape room was semi broken, so was very hard to hear and communicate back with. Also no well detailed instructions were given to us from the start and the women who dealt with us was very unprofessional. All in all, it was a waste of time and a waste of money and very disappointing as a birthday gift since I chose to come here for my birthday. I’m not sure how their other escape room is but if you choose to come here don’t go to “captive” you will regret it. Also the blonde women at this establishment (not sure of her name) needs to be fired since she’s a terrible host and employee who fails to communicate properly with the customers and has a bad attitude and does not engage much with the customers at all and does not explain things properly for the escape room. 2/5

I surprised my husband by taking him here last night. We had an amazing time! We had so much fun in the Black Rose and, when we hit our hour mark and hadn't finished, they allowed us to extend our time. It was a great experience and we will definitely be going back! Hopefully soon!
