Uncharted should be called OFF THE CHARTS!

I am at a loss for words to truly express the gratitude I feel for Damon and his incredible staff at Uncharted Adventures. In the wake of losing my 17-year-old son, we have been struggling, as have his close-knit friends. Damon offered us not just a fair price, but a generous one, adding activities that provided a safe space for these kids to channel their grief and pain.

The experience was nothing short of remarkable. Damon’s compassion and understanding created an environment where these young people could bond and make lasting memories together. Every aspect of our time there was executed with such care and attention to detail; it felt like perfection.

I can’t thank Damon enough for facilitating this experience during such a difficult time. He and his team have made a significant impact on our lives, helping us all to heal a little bit through shared adventure and support. I wholeheartedly recommend Uncharted Adventures to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience! My eternal gratitude!

It was just really bad. Could’ve been good but, based off another review from 3 months ago, nothing is getting fixed. The staff was super nice, I can’t remember his name, but nothing worked in the Mob escape room. I’m a big fan and have done many, and I have never been this disappointed, especially because I paid over $80 for myself and one other to go, and I honestly just wish I could get a refund.
When we walked up, we were told we couldn’t complete the first part because someone broke it. Totally fine, we’ll move on! When we went to the next room, things were broken or clues were just straight up missing. The staff came up multiple times and were like “this doesn’t work BUT…” and would just straight up tell us what SHOULD happen, but wouldn’t. I wouldn’t recommend this to ANYONE. Only good thing was how nice the guy working was.
It could’ve been cool, there was a cool layout and seemed like, if it had worked, it would’ve been awesome. But almost NOTHING worked.

I had a lot of fun at this place, but there were some major issues. I tried paint splatter, axe throwing, and escape room. You can tell that it was set up thoughtfully at first and then just forgotten about. Nothing seems maintained or cleaned. They reset the escape room for the next guest, but there are some items that are broken that are not fixed or planned to be fixed. Feels very much like high schoolers are maintaining the location. We would have never solved the escape room in time had it not been for us to request assistance for a clue that had been so worn out by use. The axe throwing is simply a projection screen over a piece of wood that has to be manually done to keep points. The wood is not efficient to catch the axe, and the axe is not sharp enough to properly catch; causing it to bounce back constantly. We landed only 4 hits within the 30 min we were there. The paint splatter was fun, but none of the items were really usable to play with since they were so caked in paint. The spray guns were clogged up. Regardless, it was fun and I would do it again; although not at this location.

I’m only giving 2 stars because the guy working that night was very nice but our experience was less than 1 star. The pictures and reviews for this place are not at all what we experienced. We paid for the pick 3 adventure and I called 3 days before my booking to confirm our reservation and everything checked out. When we arrived to this warehouse, we were taken upstairs for the rage room but it was really just a room with a 4x4 piece of metal that we were told to throw glass bottles at. After this, we did the splatter paint, but instead of shoe coverings that the website stated we would receive, we got a moldy assortment of used shoes. We also had to use our hands to paint our canvas as we were not given paint brushes. Our night came to a quick end there because we were told the axe throwing was out of order. The guy was unsure how to give me a refund so he reached out to the manager and I was ensured that he would contact me the next day. I was able to get a $100 refund so I am at least thankful for that… All in all, don’t waste your time or money. It was $296 for 4 of us to stand in a small cold room and throw glass bottles and paint for 30 minutes.

Me and two kids doing the mafia escape room. It wasn’t completely set up/ room wasn’t turned on? when we got there, but we did the first round of puzzle solving and the kids were having fun.
One part of the puzzle solving didn’t work even though we got the right combination of light switches on. Turns out there was a switch that powered up the room/started the theme music.
The pea shooting portion took a chunk out of our time because they didn’t have any of the shooters ready, so we stood there just waiting for the guy to figure out how to load the thing so we can continue on.
It was apparently the guys first time operating the escape room.
By the last portion of the escape room we had minutes left in our time slot. Guy said we were close to solving it when it was all said and done.
Moral of the story, we should have done the paint thing instead.

We had an amazing time hosting our high school reunion!!! Celebrating 20 years was intimidating, but the activities and inviting space gave us the right environment to warm back up and make new memories. The staff was exceptional and really accommodating. We had so much fun! The owner worked with us and communicated throughout the planning, so we knew what to do and be ready for the big day. Thanks again!!

Disappointing Experience Due to Rude Staff and Poor Service

I recently visited Unchartered Adventures with a group of five, expecting a fun and engaging experience. Unfortunately, the customer service was beyond disappointing. Instead of assisting us with proper technique or making the experience enjoyable, the staff were dismissive and unprofessional.

When we struggled with our throws, rather than providing helpful guidance, an employee simply told us we weren’t throwing correctly and then walked away, muttering, “I don’t care, you ain’t gonna get a refund.” This level of rudeness is completely unacceptable in any service-based business.

To make matters worse, we paid $135 for what amounted to just 30 minutes of frustration. There was no real effort to ensure we had a good time, and the overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming. Given the lack of professionalism and customer care, I would not recommend this place. If the staff can’t provide basic courtesy or assistance, perhaps the axe throwing experience should be taken out of service altogether.
