Unplugged Adventures made our Alaska Jeep tour unforgettable! From start to finish, everything was seamless. The check-in and check-out process was clean and efficient, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even offering great local recommendations. The preprogrammed iPad tour guide was a game-changer—super reliable with clear directions and fantastic info about each stop. Being able to set our own pace and stop for wildlife photos or extra time at spots like the Mendenhall Glacier Visitor Center was a huge bonus.

We even got to visit the local Elks Lodge and try our hand at gold panning with the supplies they provided—so much fun! Renting directly from them instead of through the cruise was definitely the right choice. They’re right at the dock, making it so convenient.

Worth every penny and highly recommended for an unforgettable Alaskan adventure!

Loved the opportunity to travel around on our own time. Unplugged Adventures makes the process simple and so enjoyable. We worked with Mercedes, Grace and Matt. They took care of EVERYTHING. I would definitely recommend using them. I just wish I would have looked into other places to visit before we left. I would definitely do this again, but would look into other options to explore. It was raining so the picnic site and the beach would have been better left undone. Even so, Unplugged Adventures allows you to use all your time exploring rather than refueling the jeep or dealing with any details.

Great company to do a tour with. It’s really great how you can go and explore on your own, as well as skip a stop if you like. I’d recommend stopping in town for drinks and snack, because outside of town there is not many options, but that is more of an fyi and not a negative for the company. The audio tour was a lot of fun, and our family enjoyed listening to it.

One item I’d love to see added to the app, would be a timer. Something that notifies you for when you’re supposed to be back. This is more of an enhancement.

The check-in and check-out were easy and super friendly. The iPad guide and narration was perfect (once we played with it and figured it out)! I loved that you could decide where to go and what to do by priority. Turns out what was scheduled was exactly what we wanted, with the addition of gold mining. There was even a kit in the back of the jeep! We had plenty of time, even with the slow meandering we did at the glacier and shrine. We would definitely recommend this tour to a friend!

An amazing experience! Hugo directed our group from the cruise ship and we met JT who set us up an we were on our way in 5 minutes! We saw bald eagles at Eagle beach, then saw 3 bears on the way to the Mendenhall glacier. 10/10 would do it again

A must do while in Juneau. The Jeep was nice and clean. An iPad is mounted to the dashboard to help with navigation and provide a narrated history and information on Juneau and Alaska. We loved having the freedom to go where we wanted, but had the guidance from the iPad. They also provide car seats if needed and supplies to pan for gold! Pick up and return were quick and easy- plus the staff was professional and friendly.
