Very nice, well kept park. Lots of pretty flower beds, water features, and paths. The Murals are a magnificent touch to the park.

Grew to coming here. The zoo has always been a favorite place to visit. I can’t wait till they expand it. I love that they have the same playground equipment. Many hours spent here.

Park brings back memories of a time before safety. Which I'm not saying is a bad thing, one of the last remaining parks with a few things of old. Some new equipment as well.
I like to stroll the paths and look at all the different landscaping.

Zoo is what you'd expect for a free zoo, which again isn't necessarily a bad thing. Where else in Kansas can you just say I think I'll go see a bear? On the bear point the black bear seemed to love that we came and wanted to show off by running quickly over to the tree and climbing to the top to stand on it.

I've always felt a little sad for some like the arctic fox having a small enclosure and kansas heat but I'm sure he's adapted fine over the years, probably a better option then what else could be easily in store for him.
I was kind of disappointed though that the pond feed for the ducks and geese was gone. Some things looked under construction, hope there is even more wonderful things to come.

Stopped here with the family while taking a road trip. What an amazing park!! I am also proud of the community that funds this magnificent little zoo for everyone to visit. This park also has fountains, walking paths, gazebo with picnic benches and a playground for the kids.

An amazing variety of animals, and amazing to see that it does so well that new enclosures are being built.

Make this a stop on your list, bring a sack lunch and enjoy what the local residents have provided for everyone

Not bad for free zoo prolly the most limited animals at a free zoo in Kansas compared to the 6 I’ve visited so far but definitely cool the fox loved me and the bears were crazy close so it was neat. The animals at this one seem more accustomed to humans than other zoos I’ve been too free and payed. So that’s neat

Me and my daughter had a fun experience. I wish that there were more signs because I'm not even sure we saw all the animals or not. It was pretty cool walking up to this enclosure that had bears in it. Overall it was a great experience for me and my daughter. I only wish there were more signs and I didn't have to guess about which animal was which and where to go.

Clay Center's little Zoo is really becoming something special! Their new buildings and enclosures are very nice. Sidewalks in the zoo look great, and the assortment of animals is growing! Keep checking back at their beautiful park and watching for updates!

Nice drive through park with a little zoo that is slowly being remodeled...the zoo has a few new buildings for birds, and new enclosures for new cheetas, bears, and lemurs. The surrounding park has walkways to get you around and catch the scenery. New walkways for exercise that wind around a flowing creek. Also, playground for kids. It has picnic areas with shelters n bathrooms too
