We did the hop on hop off bus at about 1pm on a Saturday in August 2024.
The drivers were helpful and friendly.

The buses were clean and the earphones worked fine. It was hot out 34 C, so we sat on the second floor at the back w under the sun shade.

It was not busy at all (guessing because of the heat). We took alot of breaks and cooled off in one of the malls downtown.

Would I ride one again of course (best and fastest way to see a city)

One star, because the bus didn’t break down. First of all, if you have done the hope on hop off in Madrid you will not like this one. They go really fast, very little explanation about the points of interest, and they do not announce the stops. Most of the time, you’re not sure if they stopped because of a light, traffic, or because it’s an actual bus stop. Unlike the Madrid tourist buses, these have windows, so every other row of seats has no fresh air, and your pictures will always have a reflection. Then comes two of the three bus divers we encountered… so rude! Only one was pleasant. It’s almost like they do not want tourists. Very sad, but it is what it is. Oh and a TIP, Uber does not work well anywhere outside of the city center. (We went to the beach, and you can’t get an Uber out there) Most rides say it’s 15-30 minute wait. Taking the actual city bus would be a much better idea, and cheaper. Which is what we ended up doing.

I found the bus tour to be quite alright. The major issue was definitely the ear pods. No sound in the left. This is not an uncommon thing on bus tours.
I would have liked to have heard more about València, unfortunately the horrible air pods ruined a lot of the information.

Please wear a cap and perhaps bring a fan as it can get very warm during July.

Worst bus tour of a city that I ever experienced. The bus was old and filthy. Sound on the earphones appalling and the information about this beautiful city could have been so much more interesting and informative. A lot of time was sat in traffic and with no air con and fumes from the bus it was extremely unpleasant. The timetable is also not accurate.

Real bad company.
We are waiting for the bus for almost an hour at stop 6.
3 busses havent arrived at this stop.
We have called the information number the central number cant help us an the local valencia number doesn't answer. Is there a bus coming......

Save your money and use public transportation. Bus was always late and way too crowded. A lot of families got rejected and told to wait for the next bus.

It's a bus stop with what you expect from a bus stop!
We had to wait for the bus but they do go regularly! But you might benefit from ordering the tickets online before!

So we purchased a 2 day tickets on the saturday and sunday morning after waiting at the bus stop for over an hour, to be told by another customer waiting, that they found out the service was delayed due to a running event!
We had not been told by any employee as we got on different buses throughout the day or given a bit of paper just explaining the event and the change of times!
We looked on the website again and couldn't find anything obvious on the website adving their customers of the change tomorrow!!
WHY is there not a highlighted box on the front page of the website advising their clients what is happening, as this is surely their responsibility to do this!!!!
The buses commentary is very limited and there are lots of areas where little or nothing is said!
More importantly the bus never informs you of the next stop and what are the local points near the stop, which makes it very hard work!
Very disappointed with this company, they seem to take your money and run!
We have used these services in various towns and never had these issues and judging by other reviews I have read after using them, I can see how other people have had problems!!
