Absolutely love this place, I’m rlly into video games and I always find something cool here. They have amazing customer service, fair prices, decent trade ins, and plenty of rarities. Also plenty of cards and figurines if that’s your thing. I play lots of older games too and I’ve never gotten one that doesn’t work like it should from here. Been coming here for a while and I don’t see myself stopping any time soon.

I think this is a great video game store with a very decent variety of video games, game accessories, pokémon cards and many other things. If there's a video game you're looking for and they don't have it at this location, they will order it from one of the other stores and it could be sent to your home for just under $5 or you could pick up in the store at no cost. It may take a few weeks to get a game that way, but it's a great option.

Lots of stock 2 chose from. Lots of easily accessible free parking. Though the parking lot conditions leave a lot 2 B desired. Prices R fair. Trade ins, not so much. Their CS also leaves a lot 2 B desired. They act like U R an imposition to their work. Not warm or friendly or inviting.

We LOVE Video Games Etc., and hope it always stays in Dubuque! I've purchased so many pre-owned games, systems and accessories here. My boyfriend loves going through the movies and my daughter has 5 posters from here hanging on her wall. Nice selection of trading cards too, including Pokemon, One Piece, Dragon Ball Z, etc. you never know what you'll find but amazing deals for sure. The employees are always super helpful and have gone above and beyond with kindness when dealing with my kiddos and the Pokemon cards, thanks, guys!

I was quoted one price over the phone for a used Switch Dock they had in stock. When we got to the store less than 10 minutes later we were told the item we wanted was going to be $30 MORE and have an off-brand AC adapter. No thanks, I'll order the genuine online for the less.
