I've been to the store before the new ownership and it wasn't that amazing. I heard of the new ownership I never got a chance to visit but my girlfriend did this experience was about 2 years ago my girlfriend was supposed to meet me after I left work over there cuz I wanted to visit it she had our service dog and his stroller cuz he was older and he can't walk that much but he did still serve a purpose. It's about 15 - 20 mins till they close and as soon as she walked into the building she was immediately told she cannot bring him in it's a liability kids can get hurt. Now what she told me is no other customers were present at that time but she immediately complied with them but was agitated and has never stepped foot in the establishment again. He was 14 years old beagle in a stroller due to walking difficulties but still a service dog that had a purpose. We've taken him to several establishments such as comic book shops around the region and none of them have seemed to have a problem with him we've even taken him to establishments such as disc replay and they even had no problem

Very nice shop to find games from yesterday and a variety of movies and collectibles. It is worth checking out if you are looking for fare priced items and knowledgeable conversations.

I've been going to this game store for a long time. Up until somewhat recently there was just one person working here. I'm pretty sure he was the owner. Real nice guy, but it was clear he couldn't handle a giant store like this by himself. There is a business called Game Changers in Michigan City that ended up buying this store up. Anyone who has been to that store will know that it was great news that they had a new location.

I already really liked going here before, but under the new ownership this place got even better. There is multiple employees working here now which is great. Some of them I already knew from Game Changers. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and always give a great experience. The trade value is solid. There's always a ton of games in stock. The prices are solid. Not much to complain about really. I'm really happy that the Game Changers brand is expanding. They deserve more support.

My husband was called a racial slur and disrespected repeatedly. . I felt like the owner should've kicked that racist out of his shop.. My husband left to keep from being physical. We haven't made a purchase there since and this was a few weeks ago.

I’ve been shopping here recently after Game Changers purchased Video Palace. I was not a fan of them before the switch but they’ve changed my mind. I love all the changes they’ve made. The store looks fantastic and their customer service is top notch. They don’t have to care about what I’m looking for or wanting to purchase. They do anyways and they go the extra mile to make sure I’m satisfied. I really appreciate it and that’s why I’ve chosen them as my first stop for anything video game related. Definitely recommend them. 10/10.
