I stayed at The Estate Yountville for a work trip. This location is in the perfect location, and the staff is AMAZING! The complimentary breakfast was perfect and had a ton of options. They even had a musician there which was a nice touch. We also hosted a welcome reception, and the banquet stay was also amazing! ||||I can't wait to stay here in the future.

This hotel was beautiful and the service was top notch. This is the second year in a row to visit Yountville, and we will most likely make this hotel our go-to place in the area. Bar was exceptional; outdoor space was amazing; breakfast was so tasty - a great way to start the day before wine tasting. I highly recommend anyone wanting to be pampered and stay in luxury to stay here.

The Estate is absolutely stunning. I was there for a wedding and from the first step through the door it was a 10. The food for dinner was too notch. I’ve never been to an event and had the food served so perfectly. The venue is so remarkable and well run. This is the place to have your wedding. I live in Napa and this was my first time here. I highly recommend The Estate Yountville.

While the property itself is undeniably beautiful, I found the hotel to be quite misleading in its presentation of “free” and “complimentary” services. After paying $650 per night for four nights for an upstairs room, I was shocked to find an additional $70-per-day “resort fee” plus a 15% surcharge added to my bill.
I booked through American Express, which includes $30 per day for breakfast and a $100 resort credit, yet only the $100 was applied to my room. The supposed “complimentary” breakfast and amenities turned out to be anything but.
Frankly, I would have preferred to pay $750 per night upfront if it meant no hidden fees or deceptive charges. It feels like a slap in the face when hotels disguise basic costs behind the illusion of free perks. Please, just be transparent—charge what you need to charge and deliver what you promise. Because of this experience, I won’t be returning or recommending this property.

Wow, what a great trip celebrating my wife’s 30th. The staff all did an amazing job making myself, my wife and baby feel welcomed. The staff and concierge were all super accommodating including Cruz who was exceptional. Thank you again!

Staff are very unfriendly. I very strongly don't recommend to visit this hotel. ||I reserved 2 rooms (room # 603, 607) and had $100 food credit for each room. For some reason the restaurant staff made a mistake of charging to room #607 while I asked to charge to room #603. As we charged spa in room #607, we were over $100 credit to that room. Due to the mistake of the restaurant staff charging food to room 607, we had almost 0$ charged in room #603. ||When I check out I asked to move the food charge made in room #607 to room #603. The staff said she cannot, and I cannot use $100 credit. I asked the manager. Manager came and also said she cannot do that and told me it is my fault and I must have charged right amount to each room to use credits for each room. I told her I asked the restaurant staff to charge to proper room, but he did not. She said she need to check the restaurant bills to verify my claim... How can it be found in the restaurant bills? Does the bill have recording of my voice?||It is very strange that the hotel cannot move around charges between two rooms under same reservation and even the reservation names are all under one person's name.||During the process, hotel staffs were very unfriendly and treated me like a very bad person and it is all customer's fault.

Great grounds, poor service. I was treated like a massive inconvenience when I had to switch rooms for a problem with the heater. Unexpected from such a nice hotel.
