We've had good experiences every time we've been. There are newer bowling alleys in the area, but this one is well-kept, modern, clean, family-friendly, and we have always been able to get a lane right away. We love the kids bowling summer program for 2 free games/day, and they offer an affordable family package.

Attended a birthday party. Very organized as they had shoes and names already at the lanes for us with everything all set up. Very friendly staff and attentive to our needs. Very clean and nice facility. All video games in working order and bowling lanes worked as they should and for scoring with no issues. Bumpers were automated for the kids and was perfect. No issues. All the food was hot and good. No wait for anything. Highly recommend this place for a party or night of bowling.

We went here for bowling with our kids today. My husband l, I, and 4 kids. 4,4,6, and 2. We had a good day and thought okay let's go bowling. It turned out to be a bad idea. Our kids started crying and throwing tantrums. We left because we felt bad for people around us who looked like professional players. We were there less than 15 minutes and paid 67 dollars. You would think they would refund us part of the money. I had no issues with the place. I own a business and I know if it was my place I would refund the money back. Thank you!

Worst bowling I have ever experienced. My kid is 11 years old and he wasn’t allowed to use bumpers because he wasn’t under the age of 10. Why is there an age requirement for bumpers? At this place they don’t let you cancel your reservation. Awful costumer service and disgusting food. I wish I never brought my kids to this establishment. Seems to me they don’t even pay for air conditioning.

Went in with a party of five and we had a blast! The staff was very helpful and friendly. We were able to get a lane right away. We had a 4 year old and he had fun with the ramp and bumpers. We ordered food and it was really good! Fresh pizza with a really good crust and amazing appetizers. We were able to get everyone fed for a good price and we had fun while doing it. We came from Ames and we will definitely be back.

The facility was nice and we expected it to better than it was. The lady at front counter was rude and snappy for no reason. The pizza was cold by the time we got it and they cap the lanes to 5 bowlers. We had to rent an extra lane for 2 people. The staff were rude and not helpful when asking questions. We had a better experience at other Bowling Alleys and was cheaper than here. Better and cheaper to go to Spare Time. Won’t come back for sure.

$6.00 worth of cheese balls. Yes bad pic. Took it to manager and confirmed that sprinkling of cheese balls…. 6 bucks! Really?
Thought I was at Disney world. Only here because bowling alley in Adel is temporarily closed. We will not be back. Shame on the management! Absolutely pathetic.
