Awesome park with many things for all ages to do!
The tall yellow slide is SO tall and fun to ride!
I would definitely be cautious letting younger kids run wild on the bigger park as there’s a few vertical tubes that are very high and could be bad if they fell.
For the rest it’s an epic adventure with many slides and places to explore!
The musical portion is very cool also.
My kids can’t wait to return- we’d also love to try fishing off the pier in the near future also!

An amazing park that has a lot of playground equipment. This is one of the best playgrounds that are in the Des Moines Metro. This park is good for all ages. There is a big park for bigger kids and a smaller park for smaller kids. Also there is a lot of climbing equipment for kids to climb on. Also the big main park is very tall and looks very fun. If you are in the Waukee area I totally recommend to here to spend some free time to spend with your kid. There is also a pond next to the playground that you can go fishing in

It’s a very beautiful park for kids with lots of safety and games, slides, musical stuff.
Flooring is too good n very safe- will get too hot in summer so be careful. Age group 5 to 12. 7AM to 10PM. Parking is ample. Fishing space adds more fun to it. Enjoy !

Drawback - Have seen really big kids climbing to the top most slides roof and jumping on all the roofs of slides and coming down the sides ways when little toddlers and kids are playing around. If the big kids loose grip and fall it can cause major accidents for little kids.

The pond area is just adjacent to play area and the pond is not fenced or marked with playground . Have seen kids going too close to the pond without and with supervision near it - the pond has downward slope so high chances of accident if not attended. Same goes to the bridge corners. Pics for references

Hands down thee #1 park we've visited yet. The slide structures are super cool with multiple levels, access points, and ladder's to climb on. There's a handicap accessible merry go round. Instruments for the kids to play. Sensory boards and toys. Educational activity spots. It's an amazing park. With a bridge across a beautiful and decent size pond. Fishing is allowed (catch and release, I believe).

Access to fields, ponds loaded with fish so bring a pole or two for kids as well. Fishing regulations on pier so read carefully. Pup friendly keep on leash. Restrooms accessible by fields and park itself. Bike paths, walk paths and trash cans everywhere so please throw garbage away! Plenty of space for picnics. Bring water and snacks!

Amazing.
Sophisticated.
Safe.
Fun.

You name it.
Waukee Triumph Park is one the BEST playground that we have been to.

Kids love it and they won’t go home easily.

All equipments look really new and well made.

Lake side view is even better. It has a nice pavilion and we see people fish there too.

6 stars!!!!

This is an amazing park. It’s laid out very well and while the playground area is the focus, the 3 separate baseball field pods (4 fields in each) are very impressive too. The park can get busy, so anyone with younger kids should be aware that some older kids do run around pretty fast playing tag etc… the soft surface of the playground area is great and super spongy. The pond with the pier structure can be used for fishing. Pet friendly area, lots of people were walking the paths with their dogs. We’ll definitely be going back and hope that our town takes notes from this park for play area and baseball field planning.

Great playground! Has lots of slides and different surfaces for the kids. Has a good mix for toddlers and older kids. There are also quite a few instruments that the kids can play. There is a small lake right next to it with a pier that you can fish from.

Great park and playground to visit, usually is pretty busy in the evening and earlier morning.
