This was my first escape rooms experience. My family and friends (3 adults+2kids) had a wonderful time in Starship room. This theme is kids friendly. The decorations and tools look very new and work well while we playing. The staff was very nice, patient and helpful. She lead us to be a part of the story even before we entered the room.
One hour was tight. We still had one more locker that didn't open but finished the main mission and escaped successfully. We will be back again for other rooms.
Also, the location of this facility is perfect. After we played, we had a nice walk within downtown Fullerton to enjoy the rest of the weekend. A lot of great restaurants, coffee shop, and stores nearby.
I HIGHLY recommend it for fun with family and friends!

We had so much fun doing the Zodiac Killer escape room! Our game master, Niles was great. Super friendly, funny and was there for us when we needed a bit of help. The background story was creepy, the room was creepy, being blindfolded and handcuffed was super creepy and awesome! We can’t wait to come back and do another one.

The concept of a smart home turning against its new occupants was awesome and the execution was perfect. All of the puzzles were innovative, fun, logical. My team and I didn’t need any hints but appreciated the good amount of challenge and great blend of high-tech and physical/lock and key type tasks. We really loved the non-linear aspect that allowed us to split up and work on different things at the same time! Great room overall.

We had an amazing time at the starship escape room! It was such a fun, immersive, and unique experience, unlike any other escape room I’ve done before. The puzzles were engaging and kept us on our toes without feeling repetitive or overly complicated.

Our game master, Niall, was fantastic! He was super friendly, fully committed to his role, and made the experience even more enjoyable. He was also happy to answer all our questions and provide hints when we needed them, which was a huge help.

We walked in without a reservation, and they were kind enough to accommodate us on the spot, though we realize we just got lucky that there was space available. I’d definitely recommend booking ahead to avoid missing out!

Overall, a fantastic escape room experience that I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for something fun and different to do!

We had such a great time at this escape room! One of the funnest I’ve ever been to! We did the spaceship themed one! Aubrey was our game master and she was super nice and funny. Very helpful. Would recommend her to anyone that attends a game here :).

We did the Starship room today and it was a blast! The storyline was very unique and the room was so immersive. The care and craftsmanship of the room was such a high quality, I’m looking forward to trying the other rooms they offer. We had a group of 4 and finished with about 16 minutes to spare. It turned out that there were some technical glitches with a few of the mechanics but luckily it didn’t impede our progress too much.

First time at an escape room for most othe group. We had a group of 5 and did the Zodiac Killer room. It was great fun. Aubrey was our game master and did a great job giving us hints and clues when needed. She got us into the setting before we went in and made it extra fun. We will definitely go back to try other rooms.

Had a wonderful time. We did S.A.S.H.A. and I was thoroughly impressed with the amount of detail that went into creating the room. I really believed for a moment I was in somebody's home! This escape room is appropriate for all families and friends. I highly recommend trying this escape room just to experience the detail that went into creating this room.

Our game master Garret was friendly and was experienced to help us just enough so that we still felt we were able to solve the clues by ourselves.

This location seems to house several escape rooms ranging from moderately challenging to extremely challenging.

The only downside to our experience was the extra fee this place charges to switch time slots. We booked the last time slot for the evening (8:30pm) the previous night as it was the only one available. Yet this afternoon we noticed an earlier slot opened up. When we called to switch to an earlier time slot, they requested $35 extra. They should consider some flexibility for those customers who have booked reservations.
