Nice people but they wouldn't even look at my vehicle they suggested taking it to a dealership even though I wanted them to look at it cuz I think it's a wiring issue not a programming issue. But they wouldn't even look at it even though I had an appointment at 1:00 p.m. and drove all the way from Muncie and skipped a couple of other appointments I had in Muncie just so I can get back to the auto shop in time for them to look at the vehicle that they would not look at

Been here several times, and always treated fairly. They have always fixed my vehicle to my satisfaction. And at a fair price. In my opinion they are the best around here.

Quick and qualfied mechanics. Full service shop with reasonably priced tires and services. My family trusts what the mechanic says and after two years of having them service and repair our vehicles, have never had reason to complain or question any of their work. Trustworthy mechanics have been hard to come by - Winchester Auto has raised the bar for us. If there's ever anything they are unsure or unable to address, they have no hesitation to make referrals.
