This place deserves 10 stars. The staffs are very nice and kind. Fitness studio is super clean. It's not huge but have everything you need for a good workout. Price is affordable too👍.

Equipment is so old, benches are torn and un-clean places. Membership includes basketball gym but is never available. Very little to no communication. Membership is high for no gym and old equipment!

Winter is coming. I would like to be able to go to walk. Impossible. Place is highly fragrances for sure around the front desk once you go in. 30% of Americans are allergic/sensitive to fragrances and they cause big health symptoms. I went to Itasca and it was fragrance free. So I will continue driving to Itasca despite being seconds from the Wood Dale one.

Went there for pickleball open gym. Lightning is a tad lower intensity than in other gyms, the floor is quite uneven, nets are sagging and can not be tensioned for even height.
Nice variety of player levels, not too crowded

Staff is always super helpful and friendly. Premises are always impeccable. Would like to have better info about the activities, though. Sometimes dates are not specified. And also this, more on us as customers or users, we should ask them to have some sort of policies where, if most of the activities cant be held, like practices and games, for the weather mostly, we should be able to have the right to ask for total or partial reimbursement.

I wish I could pay for individual aerobics instead of seasonally (or by package deals only) since mine & my "get skinny partner's" work schedules are different every week. I haven't come back in years for that reason only but wish I could.

Among other things, they've got table tennis lessons every Thursday and I and my kids are having a great time playing and learning
