If I could leave a negative 20 stars I would. The judge in my daughter's case was disrespectful, out of touch and delusional as it pertained to my daughter's juvenile case. The judge in cahoots with the public defender and prosecuter were trying to charge my daughter with a felony but they didn't charge her with the misdemeanor first. I had to hire a private attorney to dig into case law and find out that she cannot be charged with a felony if she has not been charged for the first misdemeanor. I brought both attorney's I hired to court to fight on behalf of my daughter and I am glad i did so. We were able to get the the felony charge dropped. The level, scale and scope of incompetence by Judge and his underlings was and is incomprehensible. My daughter has severe mental and physical health issues not fully diagnosed. I took my daughter to see a counselor and a psychiatrist to get her on proper medication and treatment but the problem still existed. That was because my daughter was navigating a severely mentally ill mother that was psychologically and physically abusing her. My daughter would stand up for herself or run away and my exwife would call the cops on a runaway or my exwife would torment, harass and abuse my daughter through reactive abuse to get her to explode and lose her ability to rationally think and get physical with her mother after constant provocation. Then my exwife would call the cops on her own daughter to get her arrested or get her in violation of her probation. She is safe living with me now. I spent many years trying to get my daughter away from her mother. I have a psycholgist report that gave a prescription for their relationship moving forward but the incompetent GAL B.S. from Pekin was clueless and out of touch as well and he put them back together. With the help of the inept court ordered psychologist L.D. from Peoria they worked together to get mother and daughter reunited. They were successful until they weren't. The good Dr. and my exwife became so out of touch with reality that they were trying to put my daughter in a long term care facility or a troubled teen youth camp without my knowledge or approval. My daughter was extremely mentally and physically ill at this time. My daughter pleaded with them to not send her anywhere under duress. Eventually, the court ordered counseling was terminated on their own but they did not inform the court system. Insanity. I reached out to the good Dr. L.D. with no ressolution because he is a coward and a pretender. He doesn't help anyone but himself to $180 a session 2x a month. My daughter suffered for years while I was in court for seven straight years after the divorce for child custody and harassment by my exwife. I endured to only be met by fools and incompetence at the woodford county courthouse. I can tell that Judge has many years of absorbing tax payer money with high compensation and no accountability to the community he serves. He casted wild claims and false aspersions about me in the courtroom on the day of my daughter's sentencing. I will ask you Judge, how can I keep marijuana or THC out of my daughter's hands if you cant keep it out of your jails and prison system. Rules for me but not for thee. My daughter recieved 15 days at the Mclean County Juvenile facility and broke her foot 4 days before release. The nursing staff and guards minimized the injury to me and stated " its just a minor rolled ankle." It wasn't and her foot was broken per OSF urgentcare in Washington Il. Another level of incompetence and stupidity by people in authority at another state run facility. The system is so broken and I as my daughter's father and advocate, I have been lied about, lied to and disrespected all the while paying high taxes and following the laws and rules of modern society.

The Woodford County Courthouse building was built in 1898. A bell tower stands on top of the roof instead of a dome here. The architectural firm was Bell and Kent, of Council Bluffs, Iowa. It is still an active courthouse after 123 years.

I had to go here to pay a traffic ticket. The officer inside guided me where to go. Super helpful. 10/10 would commit more crimes.
