This library is, and has been, the heart of the community for the decades we've lived here. When we moved here long ago our kids were little and the library was like their second home. The staff are genuinely friendly, caring, and professional. The library itself is well stocked with a wide variety of offerings for all ages. The children's department has Themed backpacks available to check out, quiet safe play area, great selection of books. The large fish aquarium between the front entrance and the children's department is a big hit with all ages. Every time I have talked with one of the reference librarians, they have been so helpful. Friends of the library sell used books. There is a piano by the entrance where people are welcome to come in and play It. The teen section is upstairs on its own, and currently there is a huge puzzle area where people can Jigsaw puzzle. Groundhog Day is always a fun occasion in Woodstock, and the library has many displays and information about Groundhog Day. A free food pantry and clothing is available right in the entrance. During the gardening season many local gardeners donate their extra produce here to help support the community. There is a quiet reading room nestled in front of a fireplace, framed by natural light from the vaulted ceiling. There is a strong feeling of community inward stock, and the heart of it is the Woodstock library.

The Woodstock library is clean, has several rooms for teens, study, and plenty of computers. This place is a paradise and its friendly and fast people. 5 stars for the library.

Love this place. Kid friendly area, lgbtq+ friendly, and lots and lots of books to choose from, and all of them are good (as far as YA) love it

This library is fantastic! A ton of wonderful resources and items for the community. Other than a great selection of library essentials, there is also a seed bank, a food pantry, and you can find clothing and personal items as well if you're in need. There are some unique items to loan out - such as a metal detector and a happy light.

Nice quite place to go to get away from life situations to just journal , read ,relax, or listen to an audiobook. Staff is also awsome in assisting customers in whatever is needed.

I just got my library card. The librarian was very friendly and walked me through the different areas. Beautiful fish tank display and children’s area. I look forward to spending time here with my son

Wonderful library! We mainly spent time in the kids section, and they had something for all ages. I especially love the community outreach with the food and clothing pantry in the entrance. It's really great to see the library supporting people locally.

First time coming to the library, Honestly out of the thousands I've been too. This is on the top of the list. I absolutely love the environment. Love the kid section. Absolutely love that there's so much room and activities through out the library
