AMAZING! Great guides and a must do on the BI!!! Our guide nicknamed the “Mexican Leprechaun” was so informative and fun. The grounds are beautiful surrounded by rainforest. The waterfall line was incredible. I loved that they also take videos and photos for you that they email you later.

Totally a 5 star experience today with Gavin and Echo! Gavin is a hoot, Echo is a doll, and they both make the experience unique and amazing. Book your zip line trip with this bunch today…it’s a beautifully designed place that starts slow and builds to a high level of expertise and expectations! Worth every penny and a hefty tip.

The guides were excellent. This is the place to go to if you have kids and wanna go zip lining. Some of the other operators in the area will not accommodate children under 75 pounds because they do not have the proper handlers if they cannot make it across themselves. These guys cost less than another operator who canceled on us because one of our children was under 75 pounds and then proceeded to charge us nearly $1000. They refused to refund us because their scale indicated she was 75 pounds. I called up this company and they were able to accommodate our family. Hands-down, if you visit big Island, this is the zip line you must do! What an amazing property, it’s an amazing nature preserve consisting of rare palms and fruit trees. Everywhere you look. At the end, you get to zip line over a huge waterfall in a canyon. This is the operator you must try if you are zip lining near Hilo or anywhere on the big island. These guys are fabulous!!!

This was an amazing experience! Shane, Justin and Elise were all fantastic guides! Made the experience super fun and also shared a bunch of neat info about nature, Hawaiian history and vegetation! The views were spectacular! We ate some amazing star fruit just outside the prepping area after our ride was over! The whole crew was just great! Overall an absolutely amazing memory making experience! Thank you ?!

The zipline course was a fantastic family adventure! We can’t say enough good things about our guides, Reed and AJ. They were super knowledgeable, entertaining, and were both so great with our two boys, ages 6 & 8. The boys even got to do most of the zip lines by themselves. Highly recommend this tour for those with and without kiddos. We had a blast! Looking forward to visiting again when their new attraction opens up.

Our zip line guides Scott and John were awesome. We had 16 family members and they made sure we all had a blast. Would highly recommend and would definitely go back.
