I love this hotel. The people who work there are always friendly and obviously work very hard at keeping everything clean. The pool is such an amazing benefit. The rooms are generous in size. The parking is perfect. The breakfast is terrific! I have stayed here a few times a year and can't wait to go back in April!

This hotel is truly one of the best I’ve ever stayed at, and my experience was overall fantastic! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism by the staff, who were incredibly polite and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable, which made me feel valued as a guest. The lobby was a standout feature—it was beautifully decorated with festive Christmas decorations, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The sparkling lights, elegant tree, and festive touches really added a magical holiday charm to the entire space.

The room I stayed in was spacious and well-designed, offering a perfect balance of comfort and style. The bed was plush, and I loved the little details like the soft, fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries. The water in the bathroom was crystal clear and clean, which is something I always pay attention to, and it exceeded my expectations here. Additionally, the hotel’s amenities were impressive, from the well-maintained pool to the relaxing lounge areas that were perfect for unwinding.

One small area for improvement, however, was the cleaning service. While the room was generally tidy, I did notice some details that could have been better attended to, such as dust on certain surfaces and a missed spot in the bathroom. It wasn’t enough to ruin my experience, but with a bit more attention to detail in cleaning, this hotel could truly reach perfection.

Despite that minor flaw, this place is an amazing choice for anyone looking for a welcoming and enjoyable stay. The overall ambiance, combined with the hospitality of the staff and the attention to making guests feel at home, makes it a standout among the hotels I’ve visited. I highly recommend it to anyone, especially during the holiday season when the festive decorations create such a warm and cheerful vibe. I would definitely stay here again!

I was in the area for work. Great location. Great staff. Huge room. Wonderful pool area. Great grab and go breakfast options. Just keep in mind that there is no elevator. I appreciate that the windows open in the rooms. Bed was older but so comfortable.

Staff is amazing, they are on top of safety if there is ever a chance of tornado warnings nearby, they have a shelter on site, the rooms are clean and comfortable, there is a wide variety of breakfast items. Everything about our experience was great. We've used this hotel a few times now, and it's now the only hotel in Mount Pleasant that we stay at. I know I am going to have a good stay.

Wonderful staff, great room. Love the grab and go breakfast. Just keep in mind there is no elevator. Very nice pool area.

Terrific place to stay at. Rooms had some much openness that it was easy to move around. TV was a great size. Best part of my stay, was the breakfast bar. So much variety of food available. Staff was so great as well! Highly recommended if staying in the area.

Not sure how this place gets so many decent reviews. The girl at the front desk was nice. That was the only good thing about our stay. The hotel is old, dirty and dingy. Our room smelled so badly of mold/must, old dog pee, old smoke - it literally made me want to gag when I went in. The TV was broken. We didn’t get in until midnight and were leaving at 6am (thank goodness), so we stayed. When we got to the next spot on our journey, all the clothes in my suitcase reeked like this hotel. Never again!

The room was clean and well organized. Room price was fair. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Coffee and tea available 24 hours. Pool is very nice and surrounding area is clean and well organized. The breakfast is of good quality and selection.
