Very disappointed. I made an appointment online for my vaccines for 9:30 am which would work for my work schedule. The pharmacist was very rude after I had checked in at 9 (the person who checked me in was very nice) and said that they don't schedule vaccines before 10 am and that he MIGHT be able to do it at 9:45 at the earliest. I had a confirmation text and email that said 9:30.

I ended up leaving after being told again by another pharmacy tech that they don't do it before 10. If that is true, don't have a 930 appointment be available to book online. I made another appointment at a different CVS for later in the day. I also didn't want someone who was so incredibly rude giving me a vaccine.

Made an appointment @ 11 a.m. to save time for a flu shot. First they wanted me to get all the vaccines, no thanks just wanted flu. Get all checked and she tells me to go wait in the line that’s at least 6 deep. Apparently we all had 11 a.m. appointments? What was the point of making an appointment I had hoped that the pharmacy at this CVS had improved recently, but apparently not.

I asked about a FLU shot. And pharmacist said you have to go online and make a appointment. Online will only let me make mine not my husband's. Another staff member said that if we wait 5 minutes that the staff that immunizations will be in. I do not have insurance felt I was mislead about the FREE COVID and Flu shots. My FLU shot was $68.00. the COVID shot which I did not get was over $200. I feel that is so misleading to advertise it as free.

I initially called in to see if they had my prescription which CVS GUARANTEED me they did. After I got there the pharmacist said they only had generic and didn’t have enough to completely cover my prescription (under my health plan I’m supposed to receive name brand). When I asked the pharmacist they said they are the same exact medication and you won’t experience any different effects; however, this is COMPLETELY FALSE! I didn’t even feel my medication and after some research this seems to be a common theme. Along with this I am unable to fill the rest of my prescription anywhere else until three days prior to my script running out. I already lost all faith in CVS but went to this location because they’re one of the few locations which typically has my medication during the shortage but this is just insane… not only did she neglect to inform me I’d have to wait for the other half of my script but to blatantly lie to me about the generic being straight trash… Just disgusted with this entire company

1 star this time, earlier in the week a 5 stars. Everyone was very nice which is why I go to CVS in any state.
I am assuming manager (name withheld/today) and another employee were standing in the walkway (with unpleasant looks) when I rounded the corner with my 2 SD. I had their vests on my shoulder as it was hot outside and a backpack purse.
The manager walks up and states no dogs allowed. We had 1 pee in here. I grabbed the obvious vests on my shoulder and said they are SD. At the end I provided a SD card from the ADA for her to copy for future reference. She did not, walked away flustered claiming she was not rude. She did not handle it professionally to ensure this did not happen. I was mad , I felt she owed me more than an half a**excuse, to be genuine. Apologize. As a Manager of a corporation. My SD doing their jobs pushed me toward the door. 1 of many functions they provide (their was a several reasons for that). I always have my SD's use the restroom before entering an establishment.

SEVEN signs on the front door about MASKS WERE REQUIRED by everyone while inside the store, including directions on how they should be worn. Not to mention the count mandate. First employee in the door has it under her nose, next employee has it under his mouth, and the third has no mask whatsoever. This place already has one of the worst reputations for service. Don't put up 7 signs telling everyone what to do then not following those rules at all in a drug store/pharmacy.

I go to this CVS Pharmacy all the time and have rarely ever ran into problems. The prices are commonly outrageous but it makes sense for a drug store. (Amazing chocolate selection during holidays lol.)

Some of your staff obviously have a problem for no reason and most likely hate their job. Once I was walking in with my kid (she’s a very hyper girl but she’s not rude or obnoxious) and there was a staff member by the entrance. My daughter hopped in but didn’t sprint or cause any harm. But of course, the staff member snapped at her, “NO RUNNING!” and scared the poor girl. He was very rude and moody towards me and her, and he acted as though she wasn’t with me and kept ignoring her when she asked where something was. Anyway, I’d say %50 of the staff are pleasant and the other half are just rude for no reason.

When your in line at drive thur and it's 1:29 I get up to window to get my prescription the lady says it's 130 can't get your prescription because we are closed for lunch. Cvs has gotten horrible when it comes to customer service. Pulling all my prescription and finding another pharmacy. Who has good customer service.
