The team at Farrell’s Waukee have been so supportive and fantastic to work with! I didn’t know that the 10 week program would include friendships being built for life!! I’m loving every workout and I really love that they are constantly checking you on form so you don’t get injured! The workouts are intense but soooo great!!

I've been a longtime member of the Farrell's in Urbandale but have recently started going to the Waukee location when my favorite instructor is teaching there, and what can I say? It's a great location, too. Clean, organized, easy to access, and close to plenty of shopping in case you need to turn your trip to work out into a full-on list of errands. Lance Farrell himself is often there to greet us and offer words of encouragement.

As for the workouts themselves, well, there's a reason why Farrell's has so many locations and has been around for so long: it simply works and those who get into it find themselves with a new group of friends who help push them and hold them accountable. Fad workouts come and go, but Farrell's just keeps chugging along. Highly recommended.

Been a Farrell’s member for almost 15 years at various locations. FXB Waukee does it right! Excellent facility & equipment. The instructors are knowledgeable & understand how to push/motivate. Most of all though, the leadership at this location is second to none. Lance & Alyssa are fantastic! I highly recommend checking it out for yourself!

Anyone looking to improve their overall health should check out Farrell's. In my opinion, their 10-week challenge is the best way to kick-start that journey.

Waukee Ferrall’s staff are over the top! They truly care about your success. Their commitment to you with constant support of communication, availability off the matt and on the matt, weekly meal plans… truly goes above and beyond any other programs that are out there. Regardless of which class you attend, the atmosphere is the same; one of support and camaraderie! You can do this!

Entering my third week into the 10-week program, and I can't say enough good things about my experience at Farrel's. It was something I really needed after years of neglecting my fitness.

Made some tough decisions back in 2018, ended up in a semi truck for 3 years and I let my body go. Being fitness minded, it was soul crushing. I'm a former athlete, having competed in MMA, 14 seasons as a Lacrosse player, 4 years of CrossFit, and so much more, I was at a loss as to why I couldn't find the motivation.

Accountability. That was what I was missing, and it's the driving force that has kept me coming back 6 days a week at Farrel's. I am anticipating a massive success in the next 7 weeks, and probably more going forward.

Definitely worth the investment in your personal fitness and state of mind 💯
