I had a really great experience purchasing my new Godzilla pinball machine. My sales rep was very nice and very communicative through the whole process. The delivery team was knowledgeable and very friendly. This is a very reputable company that should get a look if you are in the market for any recreational products.

Oct 2024: Update: I had a small warranty issue with a flipper being stuck. Greater Southern literally had someone there the next morning to fix. Again- great company.

Really great experience here! My girlfriend broke the tip off her late father's pool cue. Devastated, I called around to a few places before I stumbled upon Chris at the Atlanta store. He was able to replace our cue tip in less than 20 minutes while I waited. Great service and very friendly. Will definitely be returning here for future needs.

Greater Southern has been more than great to us every time we had to do business there , from buying gift cards to purchasing pool sticks Chris was extremely helpful along the way . They also repair sticks too!! Which has been helpful considering we were still learning! Chris and Steve have helped us in every way they can and when it was out of their control they even reached out to the manufacturer to help us so thank you to them and Koda Cues for everything ! You definitely made lifetime customers out of us !
