I have been using Marcos' AC & Heating for 6 years now. They installed my unit in 2013 and have been maintaining it since. This is a great family run company and is an asset to Spring Branch. Thanks again to Marcos' for meeting all of my A/C and heating needs.

Update: I had a gas leak in my house. The gas company came out and disconnected the service at the furnace. I called Marcos around 12:30 pm on a Saturday afternoon and the technician made it over around 4:30 pm on the same afternoon. The technician replaced the damaged supply line, tested the heater, and was done by 5:30 pm. Once again, excellent and prompt service! Thanks again Marcos!

5/30/2024: Had a soft start capacitor added to my compressor and insulation blown into my attic. Superb customer service and great technicians as alway!

We have used Marcos to fix our cooling system in the past with a positive review. Although, This past weekend we needed our ac serviced, & They were prompt to come out. We paid the service fee, and diagnosis was given. After purchasing the part that was diagnosed, we quickly came to find out this was not the issue. After several calls and text, We have had no luck with a response. Being a returning customer, we had higher expectations from the company.

I have been using Marco's AC & Heating for over 25 years. I've watched the company grow as Marco's sons are now in charge of the operations and do a great job. Marco's has replaced or fixed the air conditioning and heating in three of our current and previous homes. We have always had good, honest service and would highly recommend them for the professional and ethically behavior. They have always been honest and truthful with their diagnostics, recommendations and estimates. Last year, we used Marco's to add insulation to our attic and they did a fantastic job. I actually noticed the comfort level really improved. My energy bills are not only less, but the house is so much quieter too. I would highly recommend them for all you HVAC and insulation needs.

I had the unfortunate experience of hiring Marcos AC and Heating for what should have been routine contractual services. They visited for preventative maintenance on our unit saying it was fine yet, within twenty-four hours, the unit failed completely. This level of incompetence would be frustrating on its own, but it was exacerbated by their abysmal customer service.

When the unit failed, I attempted to contact Marcos AC and Heating multiple times. They kept saying they’re on the way, we are the next stop but eventually failed to answer their phones, provide any updates, or show up to address the issue. This lack of communication and follow-through not only left us with a non-functional unit but also resulted in a significant loss of customers, impacting our business operations severely.

This level of negligence and unprofessionalism is simply unacceptable and should not be tolerated by any customer. Marcos AC and Heating's unreliability and lack of responsibility will leave you with more problems than you started with. I strongly advise against using their services.

Potential customers should not be fooled by their reviews. It's very simple to get high Google reviews these days, and the only thing that separates one AC company from another is customer service and communication. It's that simple.

As another business owner understand the importance of reviews and hate to leave a negative one, however this level of negligence is a slap in the face.

Edward came out and quoted what I was requesting. Maintenance and a few repairs plus a future upgrade. He was even able to have his crew do the work the same day. Highly recommend, very fair pricing and extremely knowledgeable. Took time to draw what I had and gave a few options for upgrades. These guys were awesome!
