I’ve shopped here for years and bought quality products with great service. Today I was in to check on some repairs to jackets. They not only repaired each item while we waited, but found that my older jacket actually had a default, causing the issue that needed repair. I was given a factory warranty option to exchange the old jacket for a new one! The old jacket will be refurbished and sent to be donated. Win-win!!

Fantastic experience here. We drove 40 miles round trip to come in for some issues on very well loved ski/rain gear of ours and staff made sure we were taken care of.
They have pretty much all of the Patagonia best sellers like down sweaters, nano puffs, vests, etc. in the most popular colors, but not every color offered for that particular season. They can happily order any color or item you need, which is a huge plus. They do have a decent selection of other items, but definitely are focused on the "Patagonia staple pieces" as I would describe them for the local climate.
The store manager is excellent and the staff kept the long checkout lines moving fast, which our grocery stores could learn a thing or two from.
I experienced an issue with a brand new down jacket I bought online and they made sure I left ready to go for some cold weather holiday travel.
Anyone with anything bad to say about the people working here must have gotten out on the wrong side of the bed that morning.

Keep doing what you're doing, (Terminator voice) we'll be back.

This dog friendly ? ? outfitter has a very kind and accommodating staff! I appreciate them allowing dogs to join us! The employees were helpful and friendly.

But their inventory just falls short of the awesome garments they've stocked in the past. The merchandise was underwhelming, and not near as stylish, functional, fun or unique as we've come to expect from Patagonia. I had to walk through the store three times to find anything remotely interesting or useful. While we all know Patagucci has always been expensive, the price point was higher than ever for lower quality fabrics and boring ill fitting garments.

I used to count on finding high performance, durable, tailored, flattering beautiful pieces that would last for years, but absolutely nothing stood out.

My honest rating would be a two and a half, but you can't give half stars, two seems TOO low and we all know negativity gets shuffled out of sight so...four it is. You're welcome. Thanks again for being dog friendly!

Amazing customer service, I was going to buy stuff online but didn't have my size so I went to the store and a person who works there help me find everything that I was looking for. They even have more colors and more size than their online counterpart. Would love to shop with them again.

Great customer service! The entire staff went above and beyond to help me get fitted for waders. We were stopping into town from Alabama and had our puppies with us and they even gave them dog cookies for the ride home. Very friendly people.
