Shane came to the rescue and replaced our bad, horrible-to-own Goodman system. He showed up with a crew of professionals and got our house up and running in hours.

Chris and mason came to the rescue today. And they were absolutely thorough. The did a complete analysis of my unit and fixed all my problems.

But I have been with them for years!! And they have always gave me the best service and even explained to me what they were doing and how they were going to solve my problem. Sometimes a maintenance visit turn into a service call but I’m always always always satisfied with the end result.

Steve and his helpers arrived promptly and completed the necessary work to get the heat on and working!
He advised me he would check into the previous estimate for changing out the blower motor and assembly (under warranty), repairing the duct and servicing the unit.

Today we reached out to Shane’s Air conditioning & Heating, Inc. in hopes of purchasing a mini split. The owner and his staff went above and beyond with providing us with all the information and installing a mini split the same day!. We were also having issues with the AC and they made time to verify it and give us a quote. We look forward to getting a system and installment with them. Saturday evening call to Shane’s based on their google reviews. I’m so glad I called them. They were busy, but within 4 hours they diagnosed the issue with my A/C, informed me of the options of repairing my (20 year old) A/C or installing a new A/C with warranty. I chose the new A/C and I was in cooling mode quick and easy. Thank you, guys!
