My friend and I did the prison break at 715 in the morning. While I know no one wants to work an escape room that early in the morning for two people- these women were AMAZING. Double shout out to Whitney- she had wonderful customer service and really made the experience magical for us. We will be back!!

Me and my friends are escape room veterans we've done multiple and some in different states also. This place was where we really got our start. We've went here so much that we completed all the rooms at this location. The staff here is inviting, fun and charismatic. And the rooms are fun, and immersive. They have multiple rooms for people with different experience and skill levels, but you'll always have a challenge and a good time no matter what room you do! I couldn't recommend The escape game enough. If you want to start doing escape rooms or you want something new please come here!

We had a great time at The Escape Game at The Battery. We were there for a Birthday party for a 10 yr old and a 3 year old, so, we chose the Playground game. The playground was great since the little ones couldn’t really help but they were able to play as we solved the puzzles. Mickey and the team even made their experience extra special by adding items for them to find and keep as birthday gifts. The gifts were even personalized with names and their ages. There was even a card for each birthday girl signed by the team. The girls, all age 10 (and the two 3 yrs olds) loved the escape room. It was really fun and challenging. Thank you for assisting in making their Birthday extra special! We escaped with 38 seconds left!

This place is top notch. Recently finished my third room here, my first bringing my kids. I was nervous to bring my 10 year old and 4 year old thinking they’d really struggle and not be able to help with much but I was totally wrong. We did playground which is their most kid friendly room and everyone had a blast! My 4 year old was able to collect bags from around the room and loved being a part of it all. My 10 year old was able to solve a few puzzles by himself and gave us great ideas when we were stuck! We made it out with only a few minutes to spare. Upon exiting the room our guide brought in a card signed Happy Birthday from the entire team with a Fortnite logo as they noticed he was wearing a Fortnite hat. I work in customer service and this really blew me away. It was that extra step that really did it for me. So many props to this team for noticing the small things and going out of their way to do something kind for him.

He said it was the best birthday gift he’s ever gotten.

I have to give this establishment 5 stars! I went to spend the day for my birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make the day amazing! The puzzles are fun and engaging, the staff are friendly, and it was just an all around good time.

Absolutely so much fun!! We did the playground and initially thought it might be too childish for us but it was an absolute blast! Had great teammates and loved Zary our game host!

We would just like to thank everyone single member of the team. We travelled over from the UK to celebrate Christmas with family and these escape rooms where the perfect activity to do with everyone. Not only were the team so wonderful and helpful they also helped us to fulfill the most magical day as my boyfriend (now fiancé) and I got engaged in the escape room!! So so special! Thank you so much to everyone single person who helped make this holiday the best ever and we can't wait to return. We also ended up completing all 6 rooms at the Battery location as the rooms were so high class and the team so lovely.
