We did the Prison Break room, and the puzzles were very well-designed and clever. Our gamesmaster Kyle and the rest of the staff were very friendly! And they were very patient on starting, as we were about 5 minutes late due to a delay with our hotel’s valet.
Pro Tip: If you don’t mind staying out a bit late, they sometimes offer a discount on playing a second game the same night.

We enjoyed ourselves so much with Cosmic Crisis, we stayed & played The Heist. Taj & Kyline were so great! We truly had fun escaping (well minus the player we sacrificed lol)

I came yesterday to this location for the first time with two other friends; we all love the concept of escape rooms and were very excited. We ended up doing THREE rooms in a day because we were HOOKED by the sheer magic and wonder of the experience. The one other thing, besides the phenomenal game design and array of puzzles, that elevated the entire day was the wonderful personalities of the team. Taj, Michael, and Jabari were incredibly kind, energetic, and passionate. Their enthusiasm was infectious, and my friends and I finally left the facility grinning ear to ear. We will absolutely be recommending this place to everyone we know, and we will definitely go to as many locations as possible to keep immersing ourselves in that sense of enchantment.

Tldr: Excellent rooms and staff. Extremely immersive. We played every room in a two day span. Staff went above and beyond for my daughter's birthday.

Wow. To say that the Escape Game Midtown Team went above and beyond to make my daughter's weekend special, doesn't even begin to cover the magic that they brought to my daughter's 12th birthday.

All she wanted to celebrate her birthday was to do an escape room. We choose The Escape Game based on the glowing reviews online. And they were not wrong.

We played our first game at the Midtown location Saturday night. It was one of the most immersive experiences we have had in an escape room, and before we went to bed, we had already booked a second visit. From the woman checking us in to our game master, everyone was in a great mood, fun to chat with, and focused on making sure that we had a great time.

We arrived Sunday morning, ready to play. And play and play and play. (You get 40% off each game after your first that you book for the same day.)

That's right - in two days, we played every room available at the Midtown location. Each one had a great game master. Each one was unique and immersive.

But even better than the rooms, are the employees. They chatted with us, told us about their favorite games, talked about visiting the original place in Nashville, and gave great ice cream recommendations. One game master presented my daughter with a birthday card, signed by a bunch of employees. She felt so special.

On our last game, we were informed that the session would be a private one, just for our family. So nice! Then we entered the last room of Prison Break to find a "Happy Birthday" banner . . . which we thought must be part of the game. We didn't realize that the team had taken the time to decorate for Merrin's birthday until we found a handwritten card with a special clue for a lock - Merrin's birth year! The smiles on all of our faces were huge. When the kids opened that box, it was filled with The Escape Game swag.

Just . . . WOW.

My daughter hasn't stopped smiling. She said (even before the final game) that this has been her best birthday yet (and that's 12 years of birthdays).

We spent a good bit of time in the waiting room today, and it was clear that we were not the only happy customers. From families celebrating being together for the holidays to groups experiencing their first escape rooms on a girls' night out, everyone exited with huge smiles. It is clear that the customer service is amazing for everyone who walks through the doors.

We look forward to visiting when the Special Ops room next time we are in Atlanta.

Awesome breakout room, we completed the prison break room! Challenging, but finished with 7 minutes left. Staff was friendly, the room and props were high quality. Highly recommended! We hope to come back while in town.
