What an amazing self organized, queer, open-minded and helpfull place!!! After finishing cycling along the great divide, we needed to do some repairs on our bikes and to buy new parts, the team was very skilled and helped us to be set to start a new adventure on the baja divide. Thanks a lot Bicas's team! Long life to this place!

I love this shop and would highly recommend to everyone!

I visited Tucson for a couple weeks to ride and enjoy the scenery but my bike was crushed in a parking lot. I needed to replace my rear wheel and cranks and BICAS had all the tools necessary for me to get the job done!

I am a bike mechanic and could tell everyone working here was VERY knowledgeable. They were also kind and helpful in making sure I was able to find all the tools that I was looking for!

Come here and support this amazing local nonprofit! Use their community tools to work on your own bike for a very fair price (sliding scale), buy used bikes, parts or biking accessories!!

Absolutely love BICAS! Both kiddos earned bikes by logging volunteer hours, and also learned the basics of how to build & repair a bicycle. If you want something shiny or a slick sales pitch, go somewhere else. If you're willing to learn something useful & want a bike that is dependable, go to BICAS. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. I've been in several times to use the shop space for bike maintenance or repair, and always have received good advice & expert guidance.

Whoa! What a special place. A bike shop that has a plethora of new/mostly used parts AND has an area where folks can learn how to fix their own bikes from help from their specialists. I went on a Monday, which happened to be specifically for female or transgendered folks, & came away w a wealth of knowledge and a fixed bike! Thank you BICAS for being a total GEM in Tucson.

I am a member of BICAS and have supported and cheered them on for years. But my most recent visit was discouraging. I felt like a prisoner being signed in and out, and treated like an imbecile in handling simple tools. I was charged for artwork, which previously was free. Though I have credits to burn, I won't be coming back or donating again soon.

Asking you to wear a face diaper mask over your face Hell No. Are their bikes and used equipment sanitized NO. Is riding a bike risky Yes I wear a helmet not a face diaper. Rather buy NEW clean bike equipment not dirty germ covered equipment. Never coming here in a sketchy part of Tucson.

Went to BICAS to utilize the community hours for the first time today, and it was an incredibly positive and empowering experience. Lee was extremely knowledgable as well as concise and clear in giving explanations and directions. They diagnosed my bike’s issues and then meticulously walked us through why something needed fixing and how to fix it, both demonstrating and letting us do it ourselves. My very neglected bike now rides beautifully, and it cost a fraction of what it would have elsewhere. Their sliding pay scale and work trade program make it accessible for pretty much anyone to afford their services. Would recommend to anyone.
